The Norton & Bowers $1,000 Scholarship is intended to help college students to reach their academic goals by helping them to pay for tuition and expenses at a college of their choice. The founders of this new, $1,000 award believe that smart, diligent students should be able to achieve their educational dreams without incurring college debt. It is the hope of the scholarship founders that this award will assist a deserving student in covering some of his or her college expenses for 2017.

The Norton & Bowers $1,000 Scholarship is intended for an aspiring or current college student who is attending or planning to attend undergraduate or graduate school. While it is an academic-performance based award, need also may be taken into account, as well.

As scholarship co-founder Dallas Norton states recently: “Everyone in our law firm obviously had to spend a considerable amount of money to attain the education that allowed them to enter the legal field. So we understand that college is getting more and more expensive. We hope that this $1,000 scholarship will help deserving students to complete their educational goals. We are looking forward to reading your high quality essays.”
